Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United States is seeking a Package Consultant 3 to lead SAP S/4HANA EWM/WM customization, integration, and data migration, shaping enterprise architecture and delivering scalable warehouse solutions. You will drive blueprinting, workshops, and design documents, collaborate with global teams, and mentor others while ensuring security, reliability, and performance.

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA EWM/WM processes.
• Experience in Blueprinting, Discovery Workshops, and Fit-Gap Analysis.
• Deep understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment and internal warehouse processes.
• Experience designing Warehouse Operating Models and Future-State Process Flows.
• Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and warehouse automation solutions.
• Expertise in integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, and TM.
• Experience defining Warehouse Structure (Warehouse Number, Storage Types, Bins, Activity Areas).
• Ability to prepare BPDDs, Solution Design Documents, and Functional Specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience leading global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

Responsibilities

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

• Extensive experience in Blueprinting, Discovery Workshops, and Fit-Gap Analysis.
• Deep understanding of Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Replenishment, and Internal Warehouse Processes.
• Experience designing Warehouse Operating Models and Future-State Process Flows.
• Strong knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and warehouse automation solutions.
• Expertise in integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, and TM.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• "Experience with Automated Warehouses, ASRS, Robotics, Conveyors, and WCS integrations.
• Knowledge of RF Framework, Barcode Scanning, and Mobile Warehouse Solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP Signavio for process modeling and transformation initiatives.
• Experience in ECC to S/4HANA EWM migrations.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, Fiori Apps, and Embedded Analytics.
• Exposure to Third-Party Logistics (3PL) integrations.
• Understanding of supply chain planning and logistics execution processes.
• Experience in multi-country template design and rollout projects.
• SAP EWM/WM certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and governance experience."

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
