Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Consultant 3 in the Life Sciences unit to analyze business processes, define solution architectures, and lead SAP EWM customizations and integrations. You will manage large data migrations, ensure security and compliance, and collaborate across global teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in leadership, deep SAP EWM expertise, and proficiency across SAP modules, with a focus on pharma/regulated industries. Relocation/travel may be needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive SAP EWM leadership/implementation experience.
  • Experience leading large-scale SAP implementations, upgrades and enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of SAP and ERP integration across modules (PP/QM/SD/FI‑CO/MM).
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirements.
  • Define and develop solution architecture, guiding customization and integration efforts.
  • Design and implement SAP EWM customizations and collaborate with development team.
  • Lead large-scale data migrations and integrate ERP with external applications.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
  • Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
  • Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
  • Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
  • Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
  • Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
  • Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:

Required Skill and Experience
  • Experience managing SAP EWM systems, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or warehousing.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in supply chain management, procurement, and warehouse management.
  • SAP EWM and ATTP integration experience, Pharmaceutical Serialization regulatory knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading large‑scale SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • At least 1 S4 HANA / EWM‑TM Green field implementation experience with minimum 1 implementation in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP EWM configurations and operational functionalities, including integration support across modules (e.g., PP, QM, SD, FI‑CO, MM).
  • Strong ability to analyze and solve technical issues within SAP systems, including iDoc management and error resolution.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, fostering collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
  • At least 3‑5 years in a leadership or managerial role, with experience in team management and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and organizational standards for SAP systems and data management.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of the architecture, configuration, and customizations applied to the SAP EWM modules.
  • Collaborate with audit and compliance teams to ensure SAP solutions meet necessary legal and audit requirements
  • Proven ability to lead large‑scale SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Preferred Skill and Experience
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, especially pharmaceuticals.
  • Deep knowledge of serialization, compliance frameworks, and data integrity requirements.
  • Exposure to global supply chain transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in warehouse automation and digital logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and establish best practices for SAP EWM operations.
Additional Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA : $114000 to $167000
In Washington, DC : $106000 to $147500
