Infosys Limited is seeking a skilled SAP EWM/ERP Consultant to lead complex customization, integration, and data-mMigration efforts within a life sciences context. You will define architecture, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with GXP/SOX standards.

Responsibilities include designing integrations, leading data migrations, and enabling scalable ERP deployments across client environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP EWM and S/4 HANA within life sciences or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to draft functional specs and design integrations across ERP and external systems.
• Knowledge of GXP and SOX compliance in a regulated setting.
• Strong collaboration with client teams and stakeholde rs.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience

Experience in SAP EWM Skills
At least 2 end to end life cycle implementation / roll outs in S4 HANA in EWM process area
Should have at least two-three end to end implementation projects and at least one where performed as Solution Architect preferably at client location. Experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP EWM project implementations
Must have experience in integration of EWM with automated warehouse – inbound and outbound processes, ASRS integration, AGV and MiR integration
Must have experience in integration of EWM with Manufacturing and Quality Management modules
Must have good knowledge in following IM areas: Inventory Management, Stock transfers, Special stocks, Stock types, Physical Inventory, Account Determination and Valuation
Must have good knowledge in following WM areas: WM Master Data, Inbound / Outbound delivery processing, Transfer Orders, Cycle Counts, Inventory reconciliation, Shipping and Transportation Management, Mobile Data Entry and RF units
Must have good knowledge in following EWM areas: Integration with ECC, Inbound Processing Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, Transportation Units, Production Integration
Good Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules SD, MM, PP, Manufacturing and QM
Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain.
Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare requirement document, functional specifications.
Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a highly regulated environment.
Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool and testing tool
Handled post go live critical issue resolving till stabilization.
Must have an experience working in an environment utilizing number of non ECC systems like MES, WES using interfaces such as PI, ALE etc.

Preferred Skill and Experience

Basic understanding of custom code along with basic debugging skills.
Knowledge of S/4 HANA simplifications in logistics area will be an added advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead team in resolving complex issues in a fast pace and challenging environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA : $114000 to $167000
In Washington, DC : $106000 to $147500
