Job summary

PIXIE is seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Consultant to lead end-to-end deductions, rebates, and IP programs within a pharmaceutical distribution environment. You will drive complex pricing and Gross-to-Net calculations, integrate Vistex with SAP SD/MM, and partner with Finance, Sales, and IT to implement robust settlement solutions.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Deductions & Rebates Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Vistex Incentives & Paybacks (IP), Rebates, Deductions, Settlement, and Contract Management within a Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences distribution environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience configuring complex rebate programs end-to-end, including accruals, settlement, deductions, dispute handling, customer programs, and Gross-to-Net processes, with strong integration knowledge across Vistex and SAP SD/MM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Vistex Deductions and Rebates.
• Configure end-to-end Vistex Incentives & Paybacks (IP) processes.
• Design and configure complex rebate programs including accrual, calculation, settlement, reconciliation, and dispute handling.
• Support multiple rebate structures including:
• Sales-related rebates
• Purchase-related rebates
• Scan-back programs
• Administrative fees
• Configure and support deduction management and dispute resolution processes.
• Design and configure contract hierarchies, eligibility rules, memberships, and roster management.
• Configure Price Protection and retroactive pricing scenarios.
• Support pharmaceutical pricing and Gross-to-Net calculations.
• Work with condition contracts, settlement documents, and SAP Settlement Management.
• Support integration between Vistex, SAP SD, MM, FI, and related applications.
• Support Vistex Go! Suite integration with SAP.
• Partner with business stakeholders across Finance, Pricing, Sales, Distribution, and IT.
• Develop functional specifications and support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on SAP Vistex experience.
• Deep experience with Vistex Incentives & Paybacks (IP).
• Strong experience with Deductions and Rebate Management.
• Proven experience configuring rebate programs end-to-end – accrual through settlement and dispute handling.
• Strong Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry experience.
• Experience with complex pharmaceutical pricing and contracting processes.
• Understanding of WAC, AWP, contract pricing, GPO, 340B, and DSA/FFS fee structures.
• Strong knowledge of Gross-to-Net processes.
• Experience with Contract Management, eligibility, membership, and roster management.
• Experience with Price Protection and retroactive pricing.
• Strong understanding of Vistex integration with SAP SD/MM.
• Experience with Settlement Management, condition contracts, and settlement documents.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with pharmaceutical Chargebacks and EDI 844/849.
• Experience with Vistex-to-SAP Settlement Management migration/transformation.
• Experience supporting large pharmaceutical manufacturers or distribution organizations.
