Job summary

Krish IT Solutions Pvt Ltd in the United States is seeking an experienced SAP VIM/LeanFlow specialist to optimize invoice processing.

You will configure and support SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) with OpenText, manage end-to-end invoice processing from capture to posting, and coordinate LeanFlow workflows with SAP MM and FI. Immediate joiner and remote-friendly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SAP VIM and invoice processing.
• Experience with OpenText invoice processing solutions.
• Knowledge of LeanFlow workflows in SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and OpenText invoice processing solutions.
• Manage end-to-end vendor invoice processing, from invoice capture and data extraction to validation, approval, posting, and archiving.
• Configure and maintain VIM workflows, approval matrices, business rules, exception handling, and escalation mechanisms.
• Handle PO-based and non-PO-based invoices, credit notes, blocked invoices, duplicate invoices, and invoice discrepancies.
• Resolve invoice exceptions related to quantity, pricing, tax, vendor details, purchase orders, and goods receipts.
• Support OCR-based invoice capture, document processing, and integration with SAP.
• Monitor invoice work queues, workflow status, processing times, and pending approvals.
• Troubleshoot VIM document processing issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• LeanFlow-based workflows: configure, monitor, and support related processes.
• Understand integration between LeanFlow, SAP VIM, SAP MM, and SAP FI.
• Support workflow approvals, exception routing, status updates, and document handoffs between systems.
• Investigate interface failures, workflow errors, duplicate submissions, and synchronization issues.
• Coordinate with business users and technical teams to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Prepare functional specifications for LeanFlow enhancements, interfaces, reports, and workflow changes.
