Aberdeen Advisors LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Super User to support a nationwide S/4HANA transformation. This hands-on role focuses on adoption during deployment, go-live, and hypercare across multiple US sites.

You will provide onsite TM support to transportation and logistics teams, assist with planning and execution, and help drive successful go-live activities with cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP TM experience in transportation or logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite SAP TM support to transportation planners, dispatchers, shipping teams, and logistics users.
• Support daily transportation execution: freight units, freight orders, carrier selection, tendering, shipment monitoring.
• Assist users with planning, execution updates, and exception management.
• Support testing, cutover rehearsals, go-live activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot issues, document defects, and escalate configuration or integration problems.
• Deliver hands-on training, transaction walkthroughs, and process guidance.
• Coordinate with SAP SD and EWM teams to resolve order and delivery issues.

This is a hands‑on field support role focused on helping transportation and logistics teams successfully adopt SAP during deployment, go‑live, and post‑go‑live hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite SAP TM support to transportation planners, dispatchers, shipping teams, and logistics users.
• Support daily transportation execution, including freight units, freight orders, carrier selection, tendering, and shipment monitoring.

Pay range and compensation package

• Engagement Details: Nationwide project‑based deployment supporting a multi‑year transformation program.
• Approved travel expenses are covered under program policy.
