In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain TM solutions that support business operations across the enterprise. You will lead design sessions, resolve production issues, and turn business requirements into IT initiatives the team can act on.

You will work with cross-functional teams to build, integrate, and enhance applications and systems that are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as solution lead for SAP TM, leading design sessions and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Design, build, and enhance applications that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives
• Develop and support integrations between SAP TM and other enterprise applications and platforms so data flows reliably
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization to keep systems stable, secure, and high-performing
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver solutions that produce results
• Analyze existing processes and systems to find improvements, and recommend new approaches and technologies
• Document system designs, processes, and workflows in line with IT standards, compliance requirements, and best practices
• Contribute to planning and executing IT projects, balancing multiple priorities and delivering quality work on schedule

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 2+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or systems support (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business needs and troubleshoot technical challenges
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to business and technical audiences
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
