Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation in Tampa, FL. This contract opportunity requires onsite work four days per week and supports a 6+ month engagement.

You will provide program leadership, coordinate internal and external delivery teams, and partner with executive stakeholders and large consulting firms to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale SAP implementations and transformations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Strong governance and executive reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for a large-scale SAP transformation program.
• Lead interconnected business, technology, SAP, data, and integration workstreams.
• Establish governance, integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and reporting.
• Coordinate with executive sponsors and large consulting firms to ensure execution.
• Oversee program finances, schedules, and delivery performance.
