Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned PMO leader to drive governance, planning, and delivery for SAP transformation programs at scale. You will coordinate across multiple workstreams, enable standardized reporting, and apply automation and GenAI capabilities to improve visibility and outcomes.

You will partner with delivery leadership and client teams to ensure milestones are met with quality and transparency, coaching junior staff and maintaining rigorous governance routines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PMO programs or large-scale SAP delivery initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex program objectives into executable plans across multiple workstreams.
• Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics within program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a PMO function or program management workstream with governance, reporting, planning, communications, and stakeholder management.
• Establish and continuously improve tools, governance processes, and reporting structures aligned with SAP delivery practices and Accenture methodologies.
• Coordinate phase gate readiness across workstreams and drive closure of readiness gaps before milestones.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated plans, dashboards, risk registers, and PMO artifacts for transparency.
• Apply AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to modernize PMO operations and improve delivery.
• Provide trusted advisory to client and internal stakeholders and support executive governance meetings.
