Job summary

Accenture seeks a results-driven SAP transformation PMO leader in Mountain View, CA. You will drive governance, planning, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery of complex SAP programs.

You will coordinate phase gates, manage risks, and enable data-driven decision making using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Power BI. Collaboration with client teams and internal specialists will be essential for progress and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large SAP transformation programs.
• Structured, disciplined program management and governance.
• Ability to translate objectives into actionable execution plans.
• Collaborative across business, technical, testing, deployment, change, and PMO teams.
• Comfort with Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, automation, GenAI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a PMO function or program management workstream.
• Establish and improve ways of working, governance, and reporting structures.
• Coordinate across delivery leadership and workstreams for consistent execution.
• Manage activities across multiple workstreams: scope, milestones, risks, resources.
• Coordinate phase gate readiness across workstreams and drive closure.
• Provide hands-on coaching and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
• Drive timely decisions by presenting options and recommendations.
• Develop integrated plans, dashboards, risk logs, and status reports.
