The opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen. Show ability to learn new knowledge.
• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

Skills And Attributes For Success

You will work with key stakeholders to understand their needs, advise on SAP system capabilities, gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and design solutions. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with one or more SAP modules.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams and project teams.
• Knowledge of industry-specific finance and technology practices.
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Prior consulting industry experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with full cycle implementation of your core module.

We provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a salary range of $141,200 to $258,900 in the US, with higher ranges for NYC, Washington State, and California.
