Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a Lead Business Analyst for Transportation, Motive, and TMS to guide IT initiatives across the full project lifecycle.

The role requires 4+ years in road transportation IT analysis, hands-on OBC/telematics and TMS deployments, plus strong requirements gathering, SDLC workshop, testing, UAT, and cross-functional communication within matrixed teams. Remote 12-month engagement for US operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT Business Analyst experience within road transportation.
• One full lifecycle OBC/telematics deployment.
• One full lifecycle TMS deployment.
• 1+ year supporting OBC/TMS environments.
• Requirements gathering and SDLC workshop experience.
• Strong testing, UAT, documentation, cutover and hypercare experience.
