Title: SAP Test Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the test strategy and test plan for the S4HANA upgrade.
• Coordinate unit, integration, regression, UAT, and cutover testing phases.
• Define test scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
• Manage test environments, data preparation, and test execution schedules.
• Lead defect triage meetings, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Oversee test automation initiatives using tools like TOSCA, Client ALM, or SAP CBTA.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and organizational QA standards.
• Provide status reports and metrics to stakeholders and project leadership.
• Collaborate with business users, consultants, and offshore teams to ensure test coverage and readiness.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP testing experience, with at least 2 full cycle upgrade or implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP S4HANA architecture, modules, and upgrade impacts.
• Hands‑on experience with test management tools e.g., Client ALM, Jira, TOSCA, SAP Solution Manager.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting.
• Experience in cross‑functional testing coordination across Finance, Logistics, Security, and Technical teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage onsite‑offshore testing teams and align deliverables.
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification preferred.
