Job summary

ITG Brands is seeking a SAP Testing Coordinator to lead hands-on testing across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM) with local and global teams in Puerto Rico.

You will schedule sessions, train testers for consistent results, manage defects, and ensure readiness against the test strategy and delivery timelines.

Strong stakeholder communication and bilingual Spanish/English abilities are required to coordinate with business users and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' SAP testing experience across modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM).
• Experience as Testing Coordinator or Senior Test Analyst in SAP environments.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Job description

The SAP Testing Coordinator will be responsible for hands-on execution, coordination, and day to day management of testing activities. This role will support Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by executing tests, coordinating local testers, validating data, managing defects, and ensuring compliance with local processes and requirements. The SAP Specialist will work directly with on-site business teams, global testing teams, and project stakeholders to drive accurate, timely, and high quality test execution. This includes ensuring test readiness, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and providing clear reporting to the Test Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate SAP testing activities across the program
• Schedule testing sessions for each functional area
• Train the testers in how to test for uniform results, what test tool do we capture our results into, and what constitutes a completed test
• Execute hands-on testing alongside leadership responsibilities.
• Guide and support testers, business users and system integrators where required.
• Ensure testing activities align with the existing test strategy and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate defect management, re-testing and regression testing cycles.
• Work closely with functional, technical and business stakeholders to validate end-to-end processes.
• Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks and issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in SAP testing, with exposure across most SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM etc...)
• Proven experience in a Testing Coordinator or Senior Test Analyst role within SAP environments
• Strong hands-on testing background (functional, integration, UAT support, regression)
• Experience working in structured programs where strategy is defined, but execution and coordination are critical
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and remain delivery-focus
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
