Job summary

Bloo Software LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to coordinate testing activities for M&A initiatives within an SAP environment. The role emphasizes defining test scenarios, developing scripts, planning and coordinating test execution, and managing ALM processes for SAP testing.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical staff to ensure comprehensive test coverage, effective defect management, and timely delivery of SAP changes.

Qualifications

• Proven SAP Test Lead or Senior SAP QA role with extensive SAP testing experience.
• Hands-on in defining SAP test scenarios, scripts, and coordinating end-to-end testing.
• Experience managing ALM processes, defect tracking, and test execution.
• Strong ability to coordinate SIT, UAT, regression and test closure with multiple teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for M&A-related SAP initiatives.
• Define SAP test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Lead end-to-end testing, including planning, execution, and defect management.
• Coordinate testing across business users, SAP functional and technical teams.
• Maintain test assets, cycles, and defect records using ALM tools.
• Ensure coverage for data migration, process changes, and integrations.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and regression testing and report progress.
• Facilitate defect triage and sign-off with stakeholders.
• Document scripts and results traceable to requirements.
