Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to lead and coordinate testing activities for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives within an SAP environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in defining test scenarios, developing test scripts, planning and coordinating test execution, and managing the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process for SAP-related testing.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and project management to ensure comprehensive test coverage, effective defect management, and successful delivery of M&A-related SAP changes. Experience in PM (Plant Maintenance) and HVC domains is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for M&A-related SAP initiatives.
• Define and develop comprehensive SAP test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.
• Lead end-to-end testing activities, including test planning, test preparation, test execution, defect tracking, and test closure.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor testing activities across business users, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain test assets, test cycles, test execution status, and defect records using ALM tools.
• Ensure appropriate test coverage for M&A activities, including SAP process changes, system integration, data migration, and business process validation, as applicable to the project.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Track testing progress, identify risks and dependencies, and provide regular status reports to project leadership.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings, coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams, and monitor defects through closure.
• Ensure test scripts and results are properly documented, traceable to business requirements, and maintained in accordance with project standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to validate test results and obtain testing sign-off.
• Identify opportunities to improve SAP testing processes, test execution efficiency, and overall quality assurance practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP Test Lead, SAP Test Manager, or Senior SAP QA/Test Consultant.
• Strong experience in SAP testing, particularly in defining test scenarios, preparing test scripts, and coordinating end-to-end testing activities.
• Hands-on experience managing SAP testing for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools for test management, test execution tracking, and defect management.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes, functional workflows, and integration points.
• Experience coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and SAP functional and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple testing activities, prioritize deliverables, and meet project timelines.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Experience in the HVC domain.
• Previous experience supporting SAP implementations, integrations, system transitions, or M&A-related projects.
• Familiarity with SAP data migration, interface testing, and cross-system integration validation.
• Experience with SAP-specific testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.
