Kforce Inc in Houston, TX is seeking a senior SAP ABAP developer to support PM, SM and PS modules. You will craft ABAP programs, reports, interfaces and forms, and provide enhancements and workflow in core SAP environments.

You will work with functional consultants and end-users to gather requirements, perform debugging and testing, mentor peers, and stay current with SAP ABAP trends to improve system performance and deliver projects on time.

Formación

• Minimum 10+ years of SAP development experience in PM, SM and PS.
• Experience with the maintenance of the SAP technical infrastructure within ECC.
• Experience with SAP web and integration technologies.
• Hands on experience of integrating SAP with external applications - such as web applications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflow (RICEFW) in the EAM/PM, SM and PS modules of SAP
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts and end-users to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose technical solutions
• Design and implement custom functionalities, user exits and enhancements to optimize SAP system performance and meet business objectives
• Perform complex debugging and troubleshooting of ABAP programs to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning of ABAP programs to ensure reliability, stability, and optimal system performance
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to peers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
• Stay updated with the latest SAP ABAP technologies, tools, trends and recommend improvements and innovations to enhance system capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high -quality SAP solutions on time and within budget
• Responsible for production support issues that arise; This involves technical knowledge for troubleshooting issues to determine whether process, development/ABAP, security, or configuration needs to change
• Participate in blueprinting and project design sessions when assigned to understand business requirements and validate process approaches

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a SAP Technical Resource in Houston, TX. Summary: This position is to support the SAP PM/SM and PS modules. This position is responsible for providing technical expertise for projects, system enhancements, and production support. This position will also involve working closely with team members of other SAP ABAP and configuration groups such as SAP-CCS, SAP-MM, SAP-FI and SAP-BW groups. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
