Job summary

All for One Group SE is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead SAP and other technical initiatives, coordinating across engineering, product, and operations to achieve defined outcomes.

You will manage complex SAP upgrade and migration projects, develop detailed plans, and ensure successful delivery in fast-paced environments with cross‑functional, distributed teams. English required; German is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven experience leading SAP and other technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience with SAP upgrade/migration projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and operations teams to define goals.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
• Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.
• Monitor performance and provide updates to leadership.
• Support various delivery approaches (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Track and report milestones, metrics, and deliverables.
