Job summary

Artifintech is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Lead with hands-on expertise in SAP BTP, Incentive Management (IM), and Territory & Quota (T&Q). The role requires strong skills in HANA DB and CI/CD engineering, including deployment automation and troubleshooting across environments.

The successful candidate will personally troubleshoot deployments, pipelines, BTP services, and integrations, while guiding engineering teams to ensure production readiness and smooth release cycles.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP and SAP IM/T&Q implementations.
• Expertise in HANA DB, SQL performance, and data modeling for SAP environments.
• Proven ability to build and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines across multiple SAP environments.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Incentive Management (IM), Territory & Quota (T&Q), HANA DB, and CI/CD engineering. This role will lead the technical implementation, deployment automation, troubleshooting, and operational readiness of SAP solutions across multiple environments.

The ideal candidate is not only an architecture or coordination lead, but someone who can personally troubleshoot deployments, pipelines, BTP services, integrations, and HANA database issues and guide engineering teams through complex technical problem

• Built or implemented SAP CI/CD pipelines, not just managed a team implementing them.
• Automated deployments across multiple SAP environments.
• Troubleshot failed BTP deployments and identified the root cause.
• Diagnosed HANA DB/SQL/performance issues.
• Supported deployment and release processes for IM and T&Q.
• Created practical rollback, recovery, monitoring, and production-support procedures.
