Job summary

TRIGYN Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior SAP professional in New York to lead Fiori/UI5 development, ABAP-based enhancements, and S/4HANA migration activities.

The role involves designing and delivering SAP BTP integrations, OData services, and migration readiness collaboration with functional teams. You will provide production support for Travel and ECC/Umoja maintenance, migrate Web Dynpro ABAP to Fiori, and work with SAP Integration Suite on REST/SOAP integrations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in SAP ERP full lifecycle implementations (planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP Fiori applications and UI5-based interfaces.
• Develop and maintain SAP BTP applications and integrations.
• Supports implementation of Work Zone, SAP BTP and related services.
• Designs, develops and maintains SAP Fiori applications and OData services.
• Support and execute technical activities related to EHP8 to S/4HANA upgrades.
• Analyze, adapt, and refactor custom programs inTravel management area post S/4HANA migration.
• Perform technical analysis, impact assessment, and remediation of custom code for S/4HANA changes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants on Travel processes focusing on technical implementation.
• Provides production support for Travel solution in Web Dynpro ABAP and ABAP.
• Supports ECC/Umoja maintenance, enhancements and incident resolution.
• Migrates Web Dynpro ABAP apps to SAP Fiori.
• Supports Travel and Finance Integration teams providing technical expertise.
• Develops OData services using ABAP CDS, RAP and BOPF where appropriate.
• Performs technical assessment and remediation of custom developments for S/4HANA compatibility.
• Supports S/4HANA migration, upgrade and transformation initiatives.
• Applies SAP Clean Core and extensibility principles.
• Supports SAP Integration Suite and API-based integrations.
• Creates functional, technical and architectural documentation.

The consultant will report to ERP staff and will support multiple concurrent initiatives including SAP ECC/ERC production support, Web Dynpro ABAP to SAP Fiori migration, SAP S/4HANA transformation activities, SAP Travel and Finance Integration modernization, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP Fiori applications and UI5-based interfaces.
• Develop and maintain SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) applications and integrations.
• Supports implementation of Work Zone, SAP BTP and related services.
• Designs, develops and maintains SAP Fiori applications and OData services.
• Support and execute technical activities related to EHP8 to S/4HANA upgrades.
• Analyze, adapt, and refactor custom programs in the Travel management area that interact with ACDOC* tables (Universal Journal) and related structures after S/4HANA migration.
• Perform technical analysis, impact assessment, and remediation of custom code affected by the S/4HANA data model changes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants on Travel processes while focusing on the technical implementation and upgrade readiness.
• Provides production support for the existing Travel solution developed in Web Dynpro ABAP and ABAP.
• Supports SAP ECC/Umoja maintenance, enhancements and incident resolution.
• Migrates current Web Dynpro ABAP applications to SAP Fiori applications.
• Supports Travel and Finance Integration teams providing technical expertise.
• Develops OData services using ABAP CDS, RAP and BOPF frameworks where appropriate.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in SAP ERP full lifecycle implementations (planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance).
