Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Administrator to install, configure, manage, and optimize SAP landscapes across on-premises and cloud environments in a 100% remote US role.

The ideal candidate will have deep SAP Basis, HANA, S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, and Solution Manager experience, plus scripting and cloud migration skills. This is a full-time W2 position with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP Basis/Platform Administration experience.
• Strong experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, and Solution Manager.
• Experience with SAP upgrades, cloud migrations, HA/DR, and transport management.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, and NetWeaver systems.
• Manage SAP HANA databases, system copies, refreshes, upgrades, and migrations.
• Implement SAP cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and HA/DR solutions.
• Administer SAP transport management, performance tuning, monitoring, and patches.
• Develop automation using Ansible, PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Troubleshoot production issues, maintain documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, and NetWeaver systems.
• Manage SAP HANA databases, system copies, refreshes, upgrades, and migrations.
• Implement SAP cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and HA/DR solutions.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Basis, HANA, or S/4HANA certifications.
• Experience with SAP RISE/Grow, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience supporting regulated environments (SOX, GxP, PCI).
