Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned SAP Infrastructure Specialist to lead the architecture, installation, configuration, performance tuning, and day-to-day operation of complex SAP landscapes across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

This role ensures SAP systems are available, secure, and compliant and requires deep expertise across SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, HANA administration, upgrades, and migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years SAP Basis / platform engineering in large enterprises.
• Hands-on SAP HANA production administration experience.
• Experience with S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, and NetWeaver.
• Experience migrating SAP workloads to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• SAP upgrades, EHP/SP, and system conversions.
• SAP HA/DR strategies: HANA System Replication and clustering.
• SAP Transport Management and ChaRM experience.
• Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ansible.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Job Title: SAP Infrastructure Specialist

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2

Salary Range: $125,000-145,000 Annually

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned SSAP Infrastructure Specialist responsible for the architecture, installation, configuration, performance tuning, and day-to-day operation of complex SAP landscapes that may span on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-hosted environments. This role is critical to keeping mission-critical SAP systems available, performant, secure, and compliant. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, HANA database administration, system copies, upgrades, and migrations, and will partner with infrastructure, security, and SAP functional teams to deliver a stable, well-governed SAP platform.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of SAP Basis / platform engineering experience in large enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience administering SAP HANA databases in production.
• Experience operating S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, and other NetWeaver systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP migrations to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong experience with SAP upgrades, EHP/SP application, and system conversions.
• Solid experience with SAP HA/DR strategies, including HANA System Replication and clustering.
• Working knowledge of SAP transport management and Solution Manager ChaRM.
• Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certifications in HANA, S/4HANA, or Basis administration.
• Experience with SAP RISE / Grow and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP and integration with hyperscaler-native services.
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code for SAP landscapes (Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience operating regulated SAP workloads (SOX, GxP, PCI).
