As a Senior Application Systems Engineer, you will develop and integrate user interfaces across platforms like mobile, web, and tablet, using standard tools and agile methodologies to deliver solutions that drive revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and develop front-end components and services.
• Contribute to business processes or solutions, selecting appropriate methodologies to meet client metrics, quality, risk, growth, and teaming objectives.
• Define and execute deliverables efficiently.
• Manage project completion, maintain engagement reports, track resources and budgets, and handle project statuses.
• Participate in client sessions as a team member or lead.
• Travel as needed based on client requirements, maintaining billable hours.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities, gathering requirements, architecting solutions, testing, documenting, and configuring SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business acumen.
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at various levels.
• Apply agile delivery methodologies and possess proficiency in application development tools.
• Have expertise in quality assurance, systems integration, and building client trust.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research and address emerging issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year).
• 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field, especially with SAP integrations.
• Experience with SAP integration tools (SAP PI/PO, SAP CIG, SAP Integration Suite, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with SAP APIs, Events, ABAP Proxies, RFCs, IDOCs, Files, etc.
• Knowledge of security practices, monitoring tools, and B2B integration standards.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and familiarity with Agile and DevOps.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cross-functional teams, consulting, or functional SAP roles.
• SAP certifications and experience with full-cycle implementations.
