The Opportunity

As a Senior Application Systems Engineer, you will develop and integrate user interfaces across platforms such as mobile, web, and tablet, using standard tools and agile methodologies, playing a key role in delivering revenue-driving solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute deliverables efficiently
• Manage completion of deliverables and engagement reports
• Track resources, budgets, and project status
• Participate in client sessions as a workstream member or team lead
• Travel may be required based on client needs, maintaining billable hours

Skills and Attributes for Success

You should possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills, including:

• Understanding client needs and advising on SAP capabilities, including requirement gathering, solution architecture, testing, and documentation
• Technical capabilities and strong business acumen
• Delivering quality client services, managing risk, and maintaining stakeholder communication
• Relationship building and emotional agility
• Experience with application development tools, quality assurance, system integration, and problem-solving skills

Minimum Qualifications

• A four-year Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, especially with SAP system integrations
• Experience with SAP integration tools (SAP PI/PO, SAP CIG, SAP Integration Suite, etc.) and technologies (APIs, ABAP proxies, RFCs, IDOCs, etc.)
• Knowledge of security best practices, monitoring tools, B2B standards, and cloud platforms
• Proficiency in Agile and DevOps practices
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel up to 80%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cross-functional teams, consulting, SAP certifications, or full-cycle implementations
