As a Senior Application Systems Engineer, you will develop and integrate user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, using standard tools and agile methodologies to deliver solutions that drive revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute deliverables efficiently.
• Manage completion of deliverables and maintain engagement reports.
• Track resources, budgets, and project statuses.
• Participate in client sessions as a team member or lead.
• Travel as needed, maintaining billable hours with external clients.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities, including requirement gathering, solution architecture, testing, and documentation.
• Demonstrate in-depth technical skills and strong business acumen.
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with client personnel at various levels.
• Apply agile methodologies, application development tools, and quality assurance practices.
• Possess systems integration skills, client trust, emotional agility, and complex problem-solving abilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, especially with SAP integrations.
• Experience with SAP integration tools such as SAP PI/PO, SAP CIG, SAP Integration Suite, and others.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, events, ABAP proxies, RFCs, IDOCs, files, etc.
• Knowledge of security, monitoring tools, B2B standards, cloud platforms, and data management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel (~80%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cross-functional teams, consulting, SAP certifications, and full-cycle implementations.
