A leading company is seeking a SAP Support Analyst MM in Decatur, IL to provide user support, analyze tickets, and enhance SAP solutions. Job Description
SAP Support Analyst MM, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL. Analyze user tickets and work with 3rd party providers to resolve the issues as per Operational/Service Level Agreement. Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to build and deliver small enhancements. Assess key integration points across different modules and technical components. Perform thorough testing including regression testing before releasing any solution for final user validation. Identify ADM IT processes in performing all day-to-day activities. Design enhancements following the ADM standard configuration/naming standards and document Functional design documents. Support audit requests by providing technical input. Maintain regulatory compliance and Security standards.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $150,420 - $160,420/yr. Standard benefits apply, see www.adm.com/en-us/culture-and-careers/ for more information. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field, and five (5) years of post-Bachelor’s, progressive, related work experience.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$150,420 - $160,420/yr
