Job summary

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a skilled SAP EDI Specialist to design, configure, and maintain EDI interfaces for 3PL partners, manage inbound/outbound transactions, and ensure compliance with ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.

You will configure IDocs, monitor message flows, troubleshoot integration issues, and collaborate with 3PLs to ensure accurate data exchange across shipping, inventory, and invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP EDI, IDocs, and EDI standards.
• Experience with SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI for middleware.
• Experience collaborating with 3PL providers.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain SAP EDI interfaces for 3PL partners.
• Manage inbound and outbound EDI transactions (e.g., 940, 943, 945, 947, 846, 856, 810, 850, 204, 214, 888).
• Monitor EDI queues and resolve failed transactions; perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and other standards.

Job description

• Design, configure, and maintain SAP EDI interfaces for 3PL partners.
• Manage inbound and outbound EDI transactions (e.g., 940,943, 945, 947, 846, 856, 810, 850, 204, 214, 888).
• Ensure compliance with ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and other EDI standards.

2. SAP Functional Expertise

• Strong knowledge of SAP modules related to logistics and supply chain :
• Configure IDocs and monitor EDI message flows in SAP.

3. 3PL Integration

• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to implement and troubleshoot EDI connections.
• Ensure accurate and timely data exchange for shipping, inventory, and invoicing.

4. Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Monitor EDI queues and resolve failed transactions.
• Perform root cause analysis for integration issues and implement corrective actions.

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain mapping documents and integration specifications.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for data security and integrity.

Technical Skills

• Middleware experience: SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or other integration tools such as Biztalk.
• Basic ABAP debugging (optional but preferred).
