Job summary

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC in the United States is seeking an experienced SAP specialist to implement and support SAP solutions across Service Management and related modules.

You will configure SAP SM, integrate with FI/CO/SD/MM/PP/SCM/BI, gather requirements, and design, build, test and deploy SAP and non-SAP systems. Strong communication and teamwork are essential. 5+ years hands-on experience required; ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP implementation/support.
• Experience configuring SAP SM and integrating with FI/CO/SD/MM/PP/SCM/BI.
• Ability to gather, organize and document requirements and design/deploy SAP and non-SAP solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA experience is a plus.

Job description

• Industry background and strong functional understanding of Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts
• Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP
• Have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with rest of the SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS) and Reporting/Analytics (BI)
• Have good interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Works well within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic
• SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA experience is a plus
• Ability to support day-to-day user system support issues and service requests
• Ability to gather, organize and document business user requirements and design, build, test and deploy supporting SAP and non-SAP systems and solutions according to specification
