The Opportunity

We seek a proactive SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Manager to lead our SuccessFactors team. Your role involves addressing organizational challenges with SAP technology, emphasizing a comprehensive, business-centered approach that includes strategy, customer value, user experience, and operational impacts.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead workshops for SAP Employee Central Payroll requirements gathering and design, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure understanding of business needs.
• Manage workstream plans, review RAID logs, and proactively mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles.
• Support configuration and design of SAP Employee Central Payroll, ensuring seamless system integration.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and clients to resolve payroll issues, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
• Oversee payroll runs, address data issues, and ensure accurate financial postings.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Strong technical expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll and integration with SuccessFactors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and application delivery processes.
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Over 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with at least 3-4 full end-to-end implementations.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience or deep functional process knowledge.
• Experience leading multiple full-cycle implementations.
