Join us at EY as a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Manager in our Consulting division. We are seeking a proactive leader to help clients leverage SAP technology to improve their operations, focusing on a comprehensive, business-centered approach that includes strategy, processes, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions, including requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.
• Manage project workstreams, mitigate risks, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, facilitate workshops, and translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement payroll processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Over 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with 3-4 full end-to-end implementations, especially in complex or union environments.
• Deep technical expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll and related modules.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
