About the Role

We are seeking a proactive SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. Your role involves addressing client challenges with SAP technology, focusing on strategy, user experience, processes, and operational impacts, beyond just technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of solutions to complex problems, influencing policies and procedures.
• Manage methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for results.
• Guide and provide feedback to team members for successful task completion.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills and business understanding.
• Engage with clients through workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Manage workstream plans, review RAID logs, and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycle.
• Support configuration and design of SAP Employee Central Payroll, ensuring integration with other systems.
• Coordinate payroll issues resolution, ensuring compliance and timely processing.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially in complex or union environments.
• Technical expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll configuration and data management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and application development tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Over 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 3-4 full implementations.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience or deep functional process knowledge.
• Leadership experience in managing teams.
