The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. You will focus on leveraging SAP technology to address organizational challenges in the digital era, emphasizing strategic, customer-centric, and operational aspects.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead workshops for SAP Employee Central Payroll requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Manage project workstreams, review RAID logs, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support configuration and design of SAP Employee Central Payroll, ensuring seamless system integration.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and clients to resolve payroll issues and ensure compliance.
• Implement payroll runs and address data issues for accurate processing.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong technical and business acumen, with experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and application development tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 3-4 full implementations.
• Deep expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll and integration.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience or deep functional process knowledge.
• Leadership experience in project teams.
