Join EY as a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Manager in our dynamic consulting team. We focus on leveraging SAP technology to help clients enhance their operations through strategic, business-centered solutions. This role involves managing end-to-end payroll implementations, engaging with clients, and leading workstreams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions.
• Manage client relationships and lead workshops to gather requirements.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Develop solutions to complex problems, recommend policies, and guide team members.
• Monitor project risks, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver quality client services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Over 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 3-4 full implementations.
• Proven expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll, including configuration and data management.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Desired Skills

• Experience with union environments and complex payroll challenges.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills.
• Experience with SAP integration and application delivery methodologies.
