Position Overview: Technology – Systems Implementation and Engineering – Application Design and Development – Manager

Our goal is to provide clients with unique insights into leveraging SAP technology to improve their operations. Our SAP service line capabilities include Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors. We focus on elevating client performance and productivity.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Manager to join our dynamic SuccessFactors team. The role involves addressing the challenges organizations face in the digital age by implementing SAP solutions with a comprehensive, business-centered approach that includes strategy, customer value, user experience, processes, and operations.

You will be responsible for gathering and defining user requirements, developing user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablets, and creating specifications to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop solutions to complex problems, recommend policy changes, and establish procedures.
  • Select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members to ensure successful task completion.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills and business understanding.
  • Effectively assimilate new knowledge.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed to deliver quality services.
  • Build relationships with client personnel at various levels.
  • Lead workshops for requirements gathering and SAP Employee Central Payroll solution design.
  • Manage workstream plans and review RAID logs to mitigate risks throughout projects.
  • Support configuration and design of SAP Employee Central Payroll, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams and clients to resolve payroll issues and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee payroll runs, address data issues, and ensure accurate financial postings.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
  • Gather requirements and assess impacts across modules.

  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Complete configurations and system integrations.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and application development tools.
  • Understand quality assurance and testing practices.
  • Knowledge of system development lifecycle and technology integration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
  • Over 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 3-4 full end-to-end implementations in complex or union environments.
  • Strong research skills for client inquiries and industry issues.
  • Deep technical expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll, including configuration and data processes.
  • Experience with SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, especially in unionized environments.
  • Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors integrations, data management, and replication.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in consulting or deep functional process expertise.
  • Participation in multiple full-cycle implementations.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams.
