The Opportunity

We seek a proactive SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves addressing digital-era challenges with a comprehensive, business-centered approach that includes strategy, customer value, user experience, processes, and operational impacts.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with a focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients, lead workstreams from planning through execution, and participate in workshops for requirements gathering and solution design.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and clients to resolve payroll issues, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
• Implement payroll runs and address data issues to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Design functional solutions based on thorough analysis and act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and experienced in SAP and non-SAP system integration.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Over 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 3-4 full end-to-end implementations.
• Technical expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll and success in highly unionized environments.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience or deep functional process expertise.
• Leadership experience in managing teams.
