Our goal is to provide clients with unique insights on leveraging SAP technology to improve their operations, rooted in EY’s SAP service capabilities including Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors. The opportunity

We are seeking a proactive SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Manager to join our dynamic SuccessFactors team. Our approach goes beyond technology implementation, emphasizing a comprehensive, business-centered perspective that includes strategy, customer value, user experience, processes, and operational impacts.

In this role, you will identify and define user and customer requirements and develop user interfaces (UI) across platforms such as mobile, web, and tablets. You will engage in coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects, ensuring quality and risk management.
  • Engage with external clients, participate in working sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Travel may be required.

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Build and manage relationships, communicate effectively, and lead teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP SuccessFactors system capabilities.
  • Conduct tests, complete documentation, and design functional solutions.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and application delivery processes.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
  • Over 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 3-4 full end-to-end implementations.
  • Expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll configuration, design, and data replication.
  • Experience with SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), especially in unionized environments.
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Prior consulting experience or deep functional process knowledge.
  • Leadership experience with successful team management.
