Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Administrator in Massachusetts. The role focuses on designing, implementing and supporting complex LMS business processes within the SuccessFactors LMS environment.

You will handle LMS operations, develop LMS reports, and manage Succession Management. Prior SF module integration experience and at least one full lifecycle implementation or two SF support engagements are required.

Qualifications

• Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System and Succession Management.
• Experience designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment.
• Handling the efficient operation of the LMS to meet client needs.
• Expertise in LMS reporting and exposure to PRD reporting.
• Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration and Succession Management.
• Experience in integrating with SuccessFactors modules.
• At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or two SF support engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support complex LMS processes in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Manage the operation of the LMS to meet client needs and ensure reliability.
• Develop and maintain LMS reports, including PRD-level reporting.
• Execute full lifecycle SuccessFactors LMS administration and Succession Management.
• Collaborate on integrations with other SuccessFactors modules.
