Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a senior SAP BTP professional to lead development teams and shape integration strategies. You will mentor engineers, design scalable architectures, and drive delivery of SAP BTP integration and extension projects.

The role requires strong client advisory skills, deep hands-on expertise, and the ability to align technology with business objectives in a hybrid work model with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, with hands-on leadership of dev and integration projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; if Associate's degree, 6+ years of work experience.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams in collaborative environments.

Job description

This is a hybrid role in Houston, TX and will require 3 days per week in the office. Here’s what you need:

• Minimum of four years of experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, with significant hands‑on experience leading development and integration projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 year work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environment.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environment.
• Proven experience in technology assessment, solution architecture, and value analysis/prioritization.
• Strong influencing and advisory skills, with a track record of making impactful decisions across teams.
• Experience with SAP BTP Extension Suite, SAP Fiori, or cloud‑native development.
• Experience integrating SAP BTP with other SAP modules (e.g., S/4Hana, SuccessFactors) and third‑party platforms.
• Certifications in SAP BTP or related SAP technologies.
• Experience driving digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
