Accenture is seeking a recruiting expert with deep SAP/SuccessFactors experience to guide client decisions and shape SAP projects. You will engage with multiple clients, influence governance, and advise on best practices in recruiting management and onboarding using SAP and SmartRecruiters.

You will lead project staff, design prototypes, set up SAP systems, and test implementations while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and/or SmartRecruiters.
• 5+ years SAP implementation or transformation experience.
• 3+ years SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or similar (Performance & Goals).
• Certified in SmartRecruiters and SAP Recruiting & Onboarding or migration to SmartRecruiters.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.

You Are:

A transformation expert adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.

You will be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, using your influencing and advisory skills to guide important decisions. Your role will involve engaging with multiple clients and contributing to key solutions that benefit various areas. • Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP
• Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs
• Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes
• Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies
• Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Renewal of existing recruitment processes.
• Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects.
• Provide functional guidance and expertise as well as documenting to be system workflow steps.
• Provide insight into functional technical considerations for implementation

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here’s what You Need:

• Minimum of 8 years of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and/or SmartRecruiter (recent) experience
• Minimum of 5 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or another skillset such as SuccessFactors Performance and Goals
• Certified in SmartRecruiters
• Certified in SAP Recruiting & Onboarding or migration experience to SmartRecruiters
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

• You know everything there is to know about SuccessFactors Recruiting Management processes
• You’re an ace at managing and delivering projects
• You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
• You are an expert proficiency in SAP Talent & HR.
• You have an advanced proficiency in business process analysis.
• You have intermediate proficiency in solution design.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
