Job Description

At Robert Bosch Semiconductor, we are at the forefront of innovation, developing essential building blocks for future technologies. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented SAP Specialist for Production/Quality to join our talented team in Roseville and play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

1. Support the integration of SAP POE with MES-System (Promis).
2. Assist the SAP Key Users Community in daily business operations.
3. Ensure training and documentation of SAP processes.
4. Consolidate SAP business requirements of the plant.
5. Describe SAP business requirements as Business Requirements (BRs) in BBM.
6. Support and propose process improvements, process definitions, process design, and standardization for the plant.
7. Serve as the local contact in the plant for ME/ORG, PST (Process Solution Teams) of BBM, and BD (Bosch Digital).
8. Support central projects such as SAP Technical Upgrades and upcoming S/4 HANA Rollouts.
9. Facilitate cross-plant communication within ME (Mobility Electronics).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in SAP R3 in Production or Plant Maintenance or Quality modules is a plus.
• Experience applying established standards, policies, and procedures to meet business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational skills including priority management.
• Experience in customizing, implementing, and interfacing SAP and MES systems.
• Knowledge of and experience with S/4 HANA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and global environment with virtual teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Additional Information

• This role is based onsite in Roseville, CA.
• Overtime and on-call work may be required.
• Travel, including international travel, as needed.
• This position is open only to individuals authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; future sponsorship is not available.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $120,000. Actual pay depends on experience, knowledge, role complexity, location, and other factors.
