Job description

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented SAP Specialist for Production/Quality to join our talented team in Roseville and play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of SAP POE with MES-System (Promis).
• Support the SAP Key Users Community in daily business operations.
• Ensure training and documentation of SAP processes.
• Consolidate SAP business requirements of the plant.
• Describe SAP business requirements as BRs (Business Requirements) in BBM.
• Support and propose process improvements, process definitions, process design, and standardizations for the plant.
• Serve as the local contact in the plant for ME/ORG, PST (Process Solution Teams) of BBM, and for BD (Bosch Digital).
• Support central projects like SAP Technical Upgrade, upcoming S/4 HANA Rollout, etc.
• Facilitate cross-plant communication within ME (Mobility Electronics).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in SAP R3 in Production module, Plant Maintenance, or Quality is a plus.
• Experience applying established standards, policies, and procedures to meet business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational skills including priority management.
• Experience in customizing, implementation, and interfaces of SAP and MES systems (preferable).
• Knowledge and experience with S/4 HANA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural and global environment with virtual teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Additional Information

• This role is onsite in Roseville, CA.
• Overtime and on-call work may be required.
• Travel, including international, as needed.
• US work authorization required; sponsorship is not available.

The salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $120,000, determined by experience, knowledge, role complexity, and location. Additional benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), wellness programs, life and disability insurance, paid time off, and parental leave.
