We're seeking someone to play a crucial role in shaping our technology landscape and driving innovation, supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA Utilities, strong domain experience in Vendor Management, and advisory skills. This role involves working closely with onsite sales and delivery teams, participating in solution discussions and workshops, and bringing thought leadership to make big ideas a reality.

Responsibilities

• 15+ years' experience in SAP ISU, including planning, design, and implementation of SAP ISU including S/4HANA.
• Strong pre-sales and delivery experience as an architect or SME in utilities industry standards.
• Leading functional design with work stream leads, gathering business requirements, and implementing SAP S/4HANA ISU and CX solutions.
• Defining end-to-end functional architecture for SAP ISU modules including Billing, FICA, DM, MPM, and Customer Service.
• Experience with integration between SAP ISU, C4C, and other edge systems.
• Experience working for Tier 1 or boutique systems integrators.
• Cross-functional leadership capabilities, understanding end-to-end processes.
• Excellent communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops.
• Leadership experience in full-cycle SAP ISU implementation projects.
• Guiding and leading teams of specialists, onsite and offshore.
• Stakeholder management, gaining consensus, and coordinating efforts.
