Job summary

KaizenAnalytix is seeking a Solution Architect to independently engage customers, lead workshops, define SAP implementation scope, and bridge the customer with the offshore SAP GROW engineering team. The role requires strong SAP expertise, leadership, and fluency in Japanese and English.

The candidate will drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA/GROW projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and lead Fit/Gap analyses to map SAP capabilities to complex business needs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading end-to-end SAP transformations.
• Experience with global project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS/EA/Business Administration with a tech focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA / GROW implementations end-to-end.
• Define scope, oversee RFPs and project planning.
• Facilitate Fit/Gap workshops with stakeholders.
• Bridge customer and offshore SAP GROW engineering teams.
• Guide cross-functional teams across ERP integrations.
