Job summary

KaizenAnalytix in Portland, OR seeks a senior SAP Solution Architect who can engage with customers, lead workshops, define SAP implementation scope, and bridge between the customer and the offshore SAP GROW engineering team.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of SAP experience across FICO, SD, MM, and Supply Chain, fluent in Japanese and English, and a track record of steering global projects from initiation to planning.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading end-to-end SAP transformations and global projects.
• Strong SAP functional knowledge across core modules (FICO, SD, MM, SCM, HR).
• Proven ability to run workshops, map requirements, and guide Fit/Gap analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA/GROW implementations and migrations.
• Define project scope, plan workshops, and prepare RFPs.
• Engage executives and manage client-facing engagements.
• Facilitate Fit/Gap workshops mapping SAP capabilities to business needs.
• Coordinate with offshore GROW engineering and ensure alignment.
