Job summary

Role involves leading and shaping complex SAP programs, leveraging technology like BTP, cloud hyperscalers, and AI-enabled approaches to help clients move toward S/4HANA with successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in consulting or related field.
• 5+ years’ advisory experience with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades (Brownfield/Hybrid/Greenfield).
• Experience leading or participating in 2+ ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
• Experience helping clients plan upgrade/transformation journeys.
• 1+ year with SAP RISE and related technologies.
• 2+ years of managing sales opportunities with Client/Account Teams.
• 2+ years with SAP technology tasks (e.g., downtime optimization, readines s checks, hyperscaler deployments).
• Bachelor’s degree or 12 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Smart()field Team and be accountable to the Pursuit Lead.
• Lead architecture design and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Drive migration/conversion meetings and workshops with clients.
• Coordinate across towers and with vendors/partners.
• Engage client and account teams to align goals and requirements.
