Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience
• Minimum 5 years in advisory capacity with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades
• Experience leading or participating in 2+ ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs
• Experience helping clients plan upgrade/transformation journeys
• Minimum 1 year with SAP RISE and related technologies
• Minimum 2 years managing sales opportunities with Client and Account Teams
• Experience with SAP technology tasks including downtime optimization, Readiness checks, DMLT/SDT, SNP, bluefield, CBS, hyperscaler integrations
• Experience with Consumer Goods industry preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of work experience (if Associate’s Degree then 6 years)

Responsibilities

• Represent the Smart()field Team and be accountable to the Pursuit Lead
• Gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement SAP best practices
• Lead high-level and low-level architecture design
• Troubleshoot architectural challenges and provide solutions
• Collaborate with client and vendor teams on architecture topics
• Drive migration/conversion meetings/workshops with clients
• Coordinate across towers and with partners/vendors
• Coordinate with account leadership and QA Director
