Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Functional Transformation on the SAP payroll transformation team to lead payroll projects across requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization. You will manage day-to-day delivery, translate business requirements into functional designs, mentor teams, and collaborate on data conversion, integrations, and cutover.

The role requires 6+ years in SAP Payroll/SuccessFactors and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 6+ years of experience with SAP Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• 6+ years of experience in payroll transformation, implementation, or optimization projects.
• 2+ full-life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Experience leading functional workstreams through requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with payroll integrations, data conversion, and defect resolution.
• Willingness to travel 0-50% depending on client and project.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors Payroll workstreams from requirements through deployment.
• Manage day-to-day project delivery including scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Translate payroll business requirements into functional designs and system configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations, data conversion, testing, and cutover.
• Mentor client teams and project resources to deliver outcomes on time and quality.
