Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Senior Consultant on the HR Strategy & Technology team for engagements in the U.S. You will configure and implement Payroll solutions for clients, lead workstreams, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while building strong client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, with travel up to 50% and potential immigration sponsorship in certain cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. 4+ years configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Payroll.
• Ability to travel 0–50%, based on client engagements and role.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions for client engagements.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver results and contribute to overall project success.
• Lead and manage teams across assigned workstreams.
• Maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and project team members throughout the engagement.
