Job summary

StaffXpert LLC in San Jose, CA seeks a SAP S/4HANA MDM Lead with MDG to design and implement enterprise master data governance across supply chain.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA MDM, MDG, and Reltio MDM, with hands-on experience in OTC, PTP, Planning and Manufacturing. You will lead workshops, drive data quality initiatives, and partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable master data solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive Master Data Management experience.
• Experience with SAP MDG and SAP S/4HANA MDM.
• Experience with Reltio MDM.
• Knowledge of OTC, PTP, Planning, and Manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of MDM and governance solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Define enterprise-wide master data governance processes, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable master data solutions.
• Manage and govern key SCM master data domains: Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, Material Master.
• Support and optimize master data processes across OTC, PTP, Planning, and Manufacturing operations.
• Design data quality, validation, standardization, and stewardship frameworks.
• Oversee integration and replication of master data across systems.
• Provide leadership in solution architecture, process optimization, and master data strategy.
• Develop governance documentation and best practices.
