Job summary

VALIANT TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks a seasoned SAP professional to lead implementation and support of SAP Service Management, with deep integration into FI/CO/SD/MM/PP, SCM and BI. You will work across teams to translate business needs into robust SAP and non-SAP solutions.

The role demands 5+ years hands-on SAP experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP implementation and support experience.
• Experience configuring SAP Service Management (SM) and integrating with FI/CO/SD/MM/PP/SCM/BI/GTS.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day user system support and service requests.
• Gather, organize and document business user requirements; design/build/test/deploy SAP and non‑SAP solutions.

Job description

• Industry background and strong functional understanding of Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts
• Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP
• Have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with rest of the SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS) and Reporting/Analytics (BI)
• Have good interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Works well within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic
• SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA experience is a plus
• Ability to support day-to-day user system support issues and service requests
• Ability to gather, organize and document business user requirements and design, build, test and deploy supporting SAP and non-SAP systems and solutions according to specification
